Hi, my name is Claire and I'm glad you're here. I am passionate about hypnotherapy, which I do not only see as a profession but more as a vocation.
I am curious by nature and have always enjoyed experimenting new alternative therapies.
After going through a very traumatic experience a few years ago, I turned to Hypnotherapy to help me with specific Post Traumatic Stress Disorder symptoms. After one session only, the benefits were unbelievable. At the time, I was also seeing a psychologist and although my therapy was helping me on other aspects of my life, the positive results I got after one hypnotherapy session were immediate. I felt freed from distressing flashbacks which had been haunting me for too long, I was finally looking ahead instead of looking back, and I was generally less fearful about my and my family’s future.
Not long after, I decided to get my young child seen too, as I was eager to help him with his own problems and the results were equally effective. He was freed from his irrational fear after just one session.
I knew there and then that I needed to look into Hypnotherapy a bit more as I was totally dumfounded!
And this is how it all started.
I spent a few years studying various Hypnotherapy approaches and settled for the one that I found to be the most effective in helping people (the Sajece method).
I am now a certified Master Practitioner in Hypnotherapy.
I am registered with the general Hypnotherapy Standards Council and with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
I am fully insured and have a DBS Check (also known as Disclosure & Barring Service Check).

Milton H. Erickson, who is considered by many as the 'the father of modern hypnotherapy, said:
"It's not important for anyone, even the person themselves, to understand how changes happen.
It is only important that they happen."
Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical support, counselling, or professional help and will not go against any medical advice.
Hypnotherapy accompanies the person and is designed to complement their medical treatment.
